However, in the past 2 years, due to the serious impact of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, this activity was temporarily suspended and could not be held normally.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, commercial flights from oversea to Vietnam have been suspended since April 2020 and there is no fix information of resuming date. Therefore, crew change became very difficult for all crew manning companies.

Less than 1 month after successfully receiving M/V EMPEROR PAMPERO, VINIC continued to receive M/V AOM MARTA which having the same size and design with mentioned vessel and also owned by NISSEN KAIUN KAISHA at Tsu Shipyard, Mie, Japan.
